Permission To Launch – Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Permission to Launch Course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:   

1.Eligibility Requirements   

1.1 Business Idea Requirement: Participants must have a business idea prior to the commencement of the course. While a formal business plan is not required, the idea should reflect serious consideration of the market, product/service, and business potential.   

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Requirement: Upon confirmation of your acceptance into the course, participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure their place in the course. The full cost of the course is $1,725 (Including GST), and the remaining balance ($1,225) must be paid in full before the start of the first session on February 20th, 2025. Payment/s will be made via invoice to DWN.  

2.2 Cancellation Policy: In the first instance if a place must be cancelled then the participant will be put on the waitlist for the next course and their deposit carried over. If a full cancellation is required, then a refund will be provided if the cancellation is confirmed at least two weeks prior to the start. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of the course (20th February 2025) will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical or family emergencies, subject to review by the course administrators (Dairy Women’s Network).   

3. Course Participation

3.1 Session Attendance: Participants must attend all course sessions. If a participant is unable to attend more than two sessions without providing sufficient notice, they may be removed from the course at the discretion of the administrators.   

3.2 Course Materials: All materials provided as part of the Permission to Launch course are for the exclusive use of registered participants. Sharing or distributing these materials without prior consent from the administrators is prohibited.   

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

4.1 Confidentiality/Chatham House Rules: All participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of business ideas and intellectual property shared by others during the course. Any information discussed within the course is considered confidential and should not be disclosed or used outside the course without the owner’s explicit consent.   

5. Post-Course Obligations

5.1 Testimonials and Evaluations: Participants agree to provide post-course evaluations and feedback, which may include completing surveys, providing testimonials, and permitting the use of these testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes related to Permission to Launch.   

6. General Provisions

By registering for the Permission to Launch course, participants agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in removal from the course without refund.
