We were the first New Zealand payroll business to provide farmers with a fully automated system to calculate minimum wage top-ups and then have those calculations automatically added to the pay run.  We also were the first to accurately calculate Annual Leave entitlements for employees on variable roster patterns (we won a Fonterra award for that!)
