Dianne Cameron

Being part of a team and industry that wants to better themselves is what Di enjoys about working with the Dairy Women’s Network. Living in Hamilton with her husband Alastair and their son Finn, Di grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato, and values the experiences and independence that rural life gave her.

While engaging with all the operational team members, she is focused on improving operational excellence. “I like to encourage and include the team’s ideas and views when it comes to solving new challenges and/or looking at new concepts.” Working at the Dairy Women’s Network allows Di to demonstrate her strengths of planning, organising and processes.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the great outdoors – family time, hiking and trail running take up most of her spare time. Suggesting what might be a movie Di enjoys, her favourite quote is ‘You’re gonna need a bigger boat.’
