Mark Benns

Mark Benns is a co-founder of Wingman, a pioneering start-up designed to fill a crucial gap in the market for independent, tailored herd improvement advice. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning sales, 50/50 sharemilking, extension, genetics, leadership, and strategy, Mark has leveraged a rich career in agriculture to build Wingman from the ground up. 

Throughout Mark’s career, connecting with people and sharing valuable insights has been a central focus. Known for his ability to engage and inspire, Mark thrives on understanding the ‘why’ behind every challenge and interaction. This passion for meaningful connections drives the success of Wingman, where personalized, expert guidance transforms herd management practices.

In today’s presentation, Mark will delve into the unique approach Wingman takes to delivering customised herd improvement strategies, sharing practical insights and experiences that can add significant value to your own practices. 

Louise Benns

Louise Benns is a co-founder and the Marketing Guru at Wingman. Drawing on her background in generational farming and 50/50 sharemilking with Mark, she combines deep agricultural knowledge with expertise in marketing, customer experience, and product development. Louise is dedicated to supporting agri-businesses by ensuring farmers are at the heart of everything they do. She excels in growing brands and creating authentic, effective solutions that simplify farming and resonate with farmers.
