In our industry today women are all farming in their own right playing a major role in running a million dollar business. They are a CEO, health and safety manager, environmental watchdog, farm labourer and policy writer and often have to balance family life as well.

Our Dairy Women’s Network awards recognise women passionate about their own farming operation as well as being driven to make the dairy industry a better place for all and for future generations.

Our awards support the leadership growth of women in the industry as we encourage our members to seize opportunities to make it happen, grow their knowledge and be the best version of themselves they can be for the benefit of their families and their businesses.
