Meet the presenters:

Madeleine Poole is the Herd Improvement Specialist at LIC. Growing up on a dairy farm in Taranaki she has always had a passion for herd improvement and all that comes with being involved in the industry. She is looking to support our NZ Markets team with herd improvement conversations and help shareholders understand what levers they can pull to drive herd improvement in their farming system.

Ange Schimmelpfennig grew up in Germany, surrounded by dairy cows and milking from a young age. In 2009, dairy farming brought her to New Zealand, where she worked on a dairy farm south of Te Awamutu. Shortly after, she joined LIC as an AB technician and became involved in herd testing.
