About the speaker

Charlotte Heald is a Holistic Health Coach who empowers rural women to create balanced, sustainable lifestyles. She emphasizes the importance of self-care for achieving fulfillment and optimal well-being, drawing from her own autoimmune healing journey.

Since 2018, Charlotte has coached clients, led women’s retreats, hosted Women’s Circles, and created the online self-care program “Putting Yourself First.”

She also demonstrates sourdough making. Charlotte, a Registered Nurse with a postgraduate certificate in primary health care, lives on an award-winning organic regenerative dairy farm in Norsewood, New Zealand, with her husband Russ and their three children.
